  1. Payment Terms

Accepted Payment Methods: NewBioRx accepts payments via major credit and debit cards, including Visa and Mastercard, processed through secure, PCI DSS-compliant payment gateways. All transactions are processed through Argyle Gateway for additional risk monitoring purposes. We may also accept alternative payment methods (e.g., bank transfers or cryptocurrencies) at our discretion, subject to additional verification. All payments must be made in U.S. dollars (USD). NewBioRx does not accept peer-to-peer payment applications as payment methods for any order.

Name Matching Requirement: For security and fraud prevention, the name on the payment method (e.g., credit card) must match the name on the order and the delivery address. Orders with mismatched names may be held, canceled, or subject to additional verification at our discretion.

Order Verification:

Orders Over $1,000: All orders exceeding $1,000 USD will be held for further verification to prevent fraud and ensure compliance with payment processor requirements. Verification may include, but is not limited to, contacting the cardholder, requesting government-issued identification, or confirming billing and shipping details with the issuing bank.

Discretionary Verification: At our sole discretion, we may require verification for any order, regardless of amount, based on factors such as order history, payment method, or suspected fraudulent activity. Verification requirements may vary and could include additional documentation or confirmation of account details. Failure to provide requested information may result in order cancellation without notice.

Payment Authorization and Processing:

All payments are subject to authorization by the issuing bank or payment provider. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders if payment authorization fails or if we suspect fraudulent activity.

Orders are not processed until full payment is received and verified. Upon successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation via email.

In compliance with Visa and Mastercard’s chargeback prevention guidelines, we maintain detailed transaction records and may share necessary information with payment processors or authorities to resolve disputes or fraud investigations.

Pricing and Taxes: Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Chargeback Policy: By placing an order, you agree not to initiate unwarranted chargebacks with your payment provider. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension, collection actions, or reporting to payment networks, in accordance with Visa and Mastercard’s dispute resolution policies.

Domestic Shipping Only: NewBioRx ships only within the United States to qualified researchers and institutions, subject to product availability and compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. We do not ship internationally. We do not ship to P.O. boxes. All orders are processed and shipped via reputable, secure carriers (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS).

Name Matching for Delivery: The delivery address and recipient name must match the name on the order and payment method. This safeguard prevents misdelivery and aligns with high-risk merchant practices to reduce fraud and chargeback risks. Orders with mismatched delivery information may be held or canceled, and additional verification may be required.

Signature Requirement on Delivery: All first-time customer orders require an adult signature upon delivery confirming the recipient is 21 years of age or older. Subsequent orders may also require signature confirmation at our discretion.

Shipping Process:

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment verification, subject to product availability and verification requirements.

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Risk of Loss: Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. NewBioRx is not responsible for loss, damage, theft, or delays during transit. In cases of non-delivery, you must notify us within 14 days of the order date for investigation, as outlined in our Terms and Conditions.

Refused or Undeliverable Orders: If an order is refused or undeliverable due to an incorrect address or other customer error, you are responsible for any additional shipping costs, return fees, or losses. No refunds will be issued for refused orders.

FDA Compliance for Shipping: All products are shipped in compliance with FDA regulations for research chemicals. Our products are labeled as “Research Use Only” and are not intended for human or veterinary use. You are responsible for ensuring that receipt and storage of our products comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including FDA regulations under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FD&C Act).
